Lidl will sell BMW's

NECKARSULM - Buying a BMW? Soon you can do that at the Lidl. This is reported by the German magazine Manager Magazin. The supermarket chain would sell some 10,000 BMWs annually, mainly diesels.
Currently the company cars that the Schwarz Group, the owner of Lidl and Kaufland, are Audi's. Soon the company will switch to BMW. They get a 48 to 50 percent discount on diesel cars at BMW, while Audi wants to give a maximum discount of 42 percent.
BMW supplies around 10,000 cars a year to the Schwarz Group. After half a year, the cars are sold second-hand via the Lidl.
